Tom Ryckaert Recognized as One of IFMA’s Top Global FM Influencers

We are proud to announce that our Co-founder & Managing Partner, Tom Ryckaert, has been named one of IFMA’s Top Global Facility Management Influencers. This international recognition by the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) highlights individuals who are shaping the future of our industry and making a meaningful impact in the built environment.

With over two decades of experience in Facility Management, Tom has been at the forefront of driving innovation and transformation across national and international organizations. His passion for workplace strategy, human-centered design, and sustainable development has guided his work with clients across Europe and beyond.

Tom achieved two important milestones: the launch of his first book, “Disruptive Workplaces”, and the founding of 2nRich in 2023 with his partner Kathleen Louckx — a consultancy firm focused on helping organizations enrich their workplace ecosystems through strategic insight, tailored solutions, and a deep understanding of the evolving world of work and wellbeing.

At 2nRich, we see this recognition as a reflection not only of Tom’s personal journey but also of our broader mission: to support organizations in building workplaces that are resilient, engaging, and ready for the future.
